Little Birdies - Crochet Pattern [PDF Pattern]

Create endless types of silly little bird plushies with this quick no-sew crochet pattern. This is a digital download of a PDF file with step-by-step instructions, a material list, options for one, two, three, and four-coloured birds, feathered birds, and coloured-belly birds like a penguin!

This is pattern written using US crochet terms. Knowledge of basic crochet stitches is required to complete this plush toy.

Materials used:
• Bulky plush yarn (e.g. Patti’s Plush), roughly 20g in total for Patti's Plush.
• Crochet hook (I use a 5.5mm hook)
• Safety eyes (I use 8mm)
• Polyfil
• Stitch marker
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

Time to make: This varies for every crocheter, however I make this pattern in roughly 20 minutes.

Sewing required: None, just face embroidery

Stitches and techniques you will need to know (US terminology):
• Magic ring
• Single Crochet
• Bobble stitch
• Increasing & decreasing stitches
• Working in back loop only
