Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I take a limited number of custom orders every month ♥

How long will an order take to ship?

Ready to ship items: 2-3 days, plus shipping time.
Note, these are items NOT marked 'Made to order' in my store.

Made to order items: 5-7 business days, plus shipping time.

Custom orders: 1-3 weeks depending on complexity, I will give you an indication of timing when we discuss your order needs.

What yarn do you use?

For the majority of my items I use yarn from my own yarn shop at Patti and Bango's Place.

However, I also use other yarns depending on my yarn size and colour needs! These could be blanket yarns, or other plush yarns from my stash where a secific colour is needed.

Can I return an item?

Due to the nature of my products, change of mind returns are not accepted, so please choose carefully!

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact me to discuss refund and return options.

Do you sell in person?

I occasionally attend markets around the Sydney area. Check out my upcoming markets page to see if I have any booked in!

Otherwise, all my sales are online.
