Custom Orders

Thank you for your interest in a custom crochet order from me. I take a limited number of custom orders every month, as I am a one-person show and also work full-time!

What you can order

You can order custom colours of any product you see on my website! I can also make other items that you see on my YouTube or Instagram pages - just ask and I'll let you know if what you're looking for can be done 💞 Any information or inspiration photos for colours/pet likenesses etc you can send me at the time of enquiry helps me to quote you accurately and ensure we can bring your order to life.

Payment

Please note that payment is required in full (including postage and any pattern costs) before I can secure your spot. Once we have discussed and confirmed your order we can discuss payment options (direct via PayPal, bank deposit, or through Shopify invoicing).

Prices on this site are indicative costs for custom orders, but the complexity of your design may increase the cost depending on your request. Please note that if you are requesting something not currently on my website or seen on my Instagram and YouTube channel, the cost of any new patterns needing to be purchased will be added to the order as well as postage via Australia Post or Aramex.

 

Safety note

Please note that items with plastic safety eyes must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years. If you are looking to gift your item to a younger person, please ask for embroidered eyes. However, keep in mind that as handmade goods, my items should be handled with love and care ♥
