Shipping policy

General Shipping Information:

Who's excited to receive their purchase? I know when I buy something online I just can't wait to have it in my hands.

If your item was ready-to-ship (i.e. not noted as made to order or a custom order) it will be sent out within 1-3 business days via Australia Post or Aramex depending on your location.

If you've bought something custom or made to order, each item is different! Expect to wait 1-3 weeks for these items to be made and shipped depending on their complexity. Feel free to reah out to me for exact timings.

Depending on where you're based, the postal service will take different times. Items are all shipped from Sydney, Australia.

As a general rule, shipping timings are:
Standard post: 2-5 business days
Express post: 1-3 business days

International Shipping Information:

I currently ship physical products within Australia and New Zealand. If you're based outside these countries please get in contact with me to make alternate arrangements. This may include me listing your item on Etsy for purchase to ensure the right tax requirements are met.

International standard post can take roughly 10-15 business days...however, to get a better sense of shipping times to your country, please check AusPost shipping updates.

Merch Shipping Information:

Items from the 'Merch' section of my site are shipped by third party suppliers. These items are made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturing warehouse to your door. This means if you are ordering multiple merch items, shipping costs may stack if they are from different suppliers.

Unfortunately, I do not have control over these shipping prices and delivery times.

Digital Patterns:

My digital patterns can, of course, be purchased from anywhere in the world and will be delivered to you within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your spam/junk email folders!
